ORDER CANCELLATION

After your order has been confirmed, you can request cancellation, if it has not been shipped yet.  The total amount you paid, including the shipping fee will be refunded after the cancellation is approved. If your package is shipped, the amount will be refunded to you, excluding the shipping fee. To cancel your order please send an email to support@craftmaxi.com to start the process.

RETURNS

We hope you enjoy your shopping on CraftMaxi.com. If you received your products and do not like something, you can return them in 14 days. The amount you paid will be refunded when the return is approved, excluding the shipping fee you paid while placing the order and also returning shipping cost. Please note that the return shipping cost can be double the outbound cost. To make a request about return, please send an email to support@craftmaxi.com to start the process.

Please note that CraftMaxi.com is not responsible for any fees such as taxes, duties or commission fees may be occur during delivery.

And please beware that if you refuse to take your order after it arrives to your country, we are not responsible to refund any of the payments you made while placing order.
