EU VAT RULES
ATTENTION TO OUR EU CUSTOMERS! EUROPEAN UNION VAT RULES CHANGED
From 1 July 2021, the Value Added Tax (VAT) rules on cross-border business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce activities changed. The VAT exemption for imported goods under €22 was ended. As a result, EU customers have to pay import charges for goods they receive. This VAT rate is determined by the buyer's address. We ship your orders as delivery duty unpaid and import VAT will be under the responsibility of the buyer at delivery. CraftMaxi is not responsible for the charges during delivery. If customers do not take the order because of this VAT after it arrives to the address, please note that we will not refund any costs.
